Azimio la Umoja’s presidential candidate, Raila Amolo Odinga has finally announced the people who will lead his regional campaigns across the country.

In a Press release circulated to media houses, the national campaigns will be headed by Raila Odinga himself and running mate Martha Karua while various teams will lead campaigns in different regions of the country.

The team picked to head the campaign across the country is headed by MPs Junet Mohamed, Caleb Amisi, Mishi Mboko, Richard Onyonka, Opiyo Wandayi, Babu Owino, Philip Pande and Maina Kamanda, Peter Kenneth and Carol Karugu. The team is divided into 9 different sections.

Peter Munya, Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture, will thead the Central province team along with Sabina Chege, MP for Murang’a, and Lee Kinyajui, Governor of Nakuru. others are:

Western: Kakamega Governor Wycliffe Oparanya and Defence Minister CS, Eugene Wamalwa.

Rift Valley: Stephen Tarus, Ukambani Kivutha Kibwana, Makueni Governor.

Mombasa: Governor Hassan Joho, Kajiado, Governor Joseph Ole Lenku who will also coordinate the Maa region.

Nairobi: MP Tim Wanyonyi and Director of Administration Rachel Shebesh. North Eastern will be led by CS Ukur Yatani and Feisal Abass.

Nyanza: Governor James Ongwae, ODM Chair John Mbadi and MP Simba Arati.

Sitting MPs, Senators, Governors and women MPs will join the various teams to ensure that Raila Amolo odinga becomes president of the republic of Kenya in August 2022.

Governor Charity Ngilu, Gladys Wanga and Rahab Muilu will lead the campaigns for women across the country.
